生物安全实验室空调机组冬季防冻对策探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析生物安全实验室空调机组冬季冻裂的原因,提出解决对策。方法:分析实验室空调供暖系统的基本情况,针对空调设计、热媒温度、水流速、防冻报警及冷风渗透等进行深入分析,并提出改进措施。结果:通过分析,找出了产生冬季发生冻裂原因为空调机组以制冷为设计参数、热媒温度过低、水流速过低、防冻报警存在误差、新风阀密闭性差以及表冷器排水不彻底等因素。采取空调分冬夏季模式设计、保持热媒一次出水在70~90℃、定期维修保养循环泵、加装水过滤器、设置排气装置、使用保温密闭型新风阀、机组彻底排水以及设置旁通等措施后,科学有效地解决了空调机组冬季冻裂问题。结论:针对生物安全实验室空调机组冬季冻裂的问题采取有效可行的对策,能够取得较好的改进效果,提高生物安全实验室保障水平,为今后生物安全实验室空调系统的设计和管理提供可借鉴的经验。 Objective:To analyze the causes of frost cracking of air conditioning units of biological safety laboratory in winter,and propose countermeasure for them.Methods:The basic situation of heating system of air conditioning of laboratory was analyzed.The air conditioning design,heat medium temperature,water flow speed,anti-freezing alarm and cold air infiltration were deeply analyzed,and then the relative improved measurements were proposed.Results:As the results of analysis,the reasons of frost cracking included that the refrigeration of air conditioning unit was determined as the design parameter,the temperature of heat medium was too low,water flow rate was too low,there was error existed in anti-freezing alarm,the impermeability was poor,and draining away water of surface air cooler was halfway.A series of measurements,that included winter and summer mode of air conditioning was adopted,the temperature of draining away water of heat medium was kept at70-90℃,the circulating pump was periodically maintained,water filter was installed,air exhausting device was installed,outside air valve of airtight was adopted,completely drainage of units was applied and bypass of equipment was set,were adopted to scientifically resolve frost cracking problem of air conditioning units in winter.Conclusion:Adopt effective and feasible countermeasures to solve the problem of frost cracking for air conditioning unit of biological safety laboratory in winter.And these measurements can obtain better improved effect and enhance the guarantee level of bio-safety laboratory,and can provide referential experience for the design and management of air conditioning system in biological safety laboratory.
