高效沉淀加双膜法处理技术在废水回收中的应用

摘要 唐钢水处理中心采用高密度沉淀池——V型滤池——双膜法技术进行市政中水、厂区生产废水深度处理回收利用,规模为外供净化水4300 t/h、RO水1000 t/h、除盐水300 t/h。实现了厂区内工业用水的综合处理和循环利用,既减少了外排废水、涵养了地下水源,创造了可观社会效益,又提高了设备运行的安全稳定性和经济性。 The water treatment center of Tangshan Steel adopts high density sedimenta-tion tank-V filter-double film to deeply treat and recover wastewater,with the scale of4300t/h of outer offering treated water,1000t/h of RO water and300t/h of demineralized water.It has achieved comprehensive treatment and recycled use of industrial water,not only reducing discharge of wastewater,conserving underground water and creating considerable so-cial benefits,but also improving the safety,stability and economy of equipment operation.
