新常态下煤炭企业党建工作绩效管理的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Performance Management of Party Construction Work in Coal Enterprises Under the New Normal Condition

面对煤炭市场严峻形势、资源枯竭转型压力、安全生产任务的繁重压力与挑战,积极构建完善的党建绩效管理体系是提升党建工作效能、推动企业产业转型升级,适应新时代经济新常态发展的必然要求。本文以新常态煤炭企业党建工作开展绩效管理的重要性作为切入点,论述当前党建绩效管理所存在的问题,最后提出相应的解决对策。

In the face of the grim situation,the coal market transformation,resource depletion pressure,safety production task of heavypressure and challenges,actively build perfect party performance management system is the inevitable requirement to improve efficiency of party construction,promote industrial transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and adapt to the newera of the newnormal economic development.This paper takes the importance of performance management in party construction of new normal coal enterprises as the breakthrough point,discusses the problems existingin the current party building performance management,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions.
