企业管理过程中应用激励机制是十分必要的。激励机制顺应时代发展所需,恰当合理的应用能够吸引人才,提高企业效益,进而快速高质量实现企业目标。基于此,论文主要就激励机制于企业应用中的有关问题展开探讨,并就如何更好地应用激励制度提出几点建议。

It is necessary to apply incentive mechanism in the process of enterprise management.The incentive mechanism is in conformity with the needs of the development of the times,and proper and reasonable appropriate of incentive mechanism can attract talents,improve the efficiency of enterprises,so as to achieve business goals quickly and with high quality.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the related problems in the application of the incentive mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions on how to apply the incentive system better.
