论文介绍了湖北省武汉市公共自行车由盛到衰的全过程,通过与共享单车的对比分析,得出公共自行车的退出是市场竞争的必然结果。在社会主义市场经济体制下,政府此时的退出是与市场调节的有效结合,是为了提供更好的服务。

This paper introduces the whole process from prosperity to decline of public bicycle in Wuhan,Hubei province.By comparing and analyzing the shared bicycle,it is concluded that the withdrawal of the public bicycle is the inevitable result of the market competition.In the socialist market economy system,the withdrawal of the government is an effective combination with market regulation in order to provide better service.
