柔性就地风选筛网自动清扫模式设计

Design of Automatic Cleaning Mode of Flexible Local Air Selected Screen

膨胀烟丝回潮后需通过柔性就地风选将膨胀烟丝中的杂物分离出来。但风选长时间使用后,滚网内部的网孔会被烟丝堵塞且不易清理,导致烟丝被误分离。针对这一情况,论文设计了一种新型的风选滚网内部清扫方法,在滚网的内壁附加一个活动的毛刷辊,有效降低烟丝的误分离率。

After the resurgence of expanded tobacco,it is necessary to separate the debris from the expanded tobacco by flexible local air selection.However,after a long period of use,the mesh of the net inside the rolling net is blocked by tobacco and can not be easily cleaned,leading to the false separation of the tobacco.In view of this situation,we designed a new type of internal cleaning method of the air-selection rolling net,a movable brush roller is attached to the inner wall of the rolling net to effectively reduce the false separation rate of tobacco.
