摘要
随着国家交通网络的建设,高速公路建设的热点区域逐渐向西部转移,该地区在线路以外的其他地方往往不具备建设桥梁预制场的条件,多选择在路基上建设,施工完成后进行拆除,会产生大量的弃渣,占用土地、污染环境。在汕头至昆明高速公路龙川至怀集段TJ9合同段建设过程中,对设置在路基上的桥梁预制场硬化层进行再利用,将其作为路面垫层和底基层,经济效益和社会效益明显,可为类似工程参考和借鉴。
With the construction of the national transportation network,the hot spot area of highway construction is gradually shifting to the west,the area outside the line is often not equipped with the conditions for the construction of the bridge prefabricated field,and more choices are made on the subgrade construction,after the construction is completed,demolition will result in a large amount of waste residues,occupying the land and polluting the environment.In the construction process of Longchuan to Huaiji section in Shantou to Kunming expressway,the TJ9section of the contract,the hardened layer of bridge precast yard installed on the subgrade is reused as the pavement cushion and the base course.The economic and social benefits are obvious and can be used as reference for similar projects.
