摘要
开发设计一套材料测试机系统,主要对常用隔振材料的阻尼特性、结构进行研究。通过传感技术获取时域响应信号来研究材料性能参数,在众多参数识别方法中,选取对数衰减法和Hilbert包络法对材料的固有频率、阻尼等参数进行精确地估计。基于图形化编程的虚拟仪器技术开发自动化材料测试系统,具备数据的实时采集和分析以及离线分析功能。
Design of a set of material testing machine system is mainly used to study the damping characteristics and structure of commonly used vibration isolation materials.Through sensing technology to obtain the time domain response signal to study material performance parameters,among the parameter identification method,the selection of logarithmic decrement method and Hilbert envelope method on the material parameters such as natural frequency,damping is used to estimate accurately.The virtual instrument technology development automation material test system based on graphical programming has the function of real-time data collection and analysis and offline analysis.
