Design of HR SaaS System based on PaaS

本文基于大中型企业现状,同时结合HR管理系统开发设计的国内外经验,为适应不同企业对人力资源管理系统需求的通用性与多样性,开发的HR管理系统。该系统基于BPM PaaS云平台、SOA、工作流等先进技术进行构建。PaaS云平台即可解满足通用性需求,同时解决了SaaS系统无法按需定制的问题,使得本系统能更加快速的响应企业需求的变化,快速实现定制需求同时缩短软件的实施周期。

The article describes the HR management system,which is based on the current situation of large and medium-sized enterprises.And combined with the experience of HR management system developed and designed at home and abroad.The HR management system is developed to adapt to the universality and diversity of different enterprises'needs for human resource management system.The system is based on BPM PaaS cloud platform,SOA,workflow and other advanced technologies.The PaaS cloud platform can solve the general need and solve the problem that the SaaS system can't be customized on demand,which enables the system to respond to the change of the needs of the enterprises more quickly,to realize the customization demand quickly,and shorten the execution period of the software.
