光伏硅片烧结炉加热灯保护系统

摘要 本设计以STC12C5A60S2作为控制核心,以MH912为检测模块,以MODBUS协议作为通信标准,实现了光伏硅片烧结炉加热灯保护系统的设计。实现了对光伏硅片烧结炉加热灯电流的实时显示,报警预设,声光报警。系统能够对15路灯管电流值进行测量,将检测数据进行处理后时时的显示在液晶屏上;液晶屏作为人机交互界面可以对15路灯管的电流报警阈值进行设定;在电流过载时具有声光报警功能。 This design is based on STC12C5A60S2 as the control core,with MH912 as the detection module,and as the communication standard of MODBUS protocol,the design of the protective system for the heating lamp of photovoltaic silicon wafer sintering furnace is realized.The real-time display of the heating lamp current of the photovoltaic silicon wafer sintering furnace is realized,the alarm preset,and the sound and light alarm.The system can measure the current value of the 15 street lamp tube and display it on the LCD screen after processing the test data.The LCD screen can be used to set the current alarm threshold for 15 street lamps.It has the function of audible and light alarm when current overload.
