新媒体在互联网环境下的发展越来越快、应用越来越广泛,已逐步成为使用率最高的媒体形态。在强军建设的背景下,新媒体平台上的涉军违法违规内容频现,危害国家安全,损害国防利益,使行业监管部门面临的挑战越来越大。因此,介绍相关背景情况,分析涉军违法违规新媒体内容的危害及监管部门面临的挑战,提出了一种可用于涉军新媒体内容监管的技术解决方案,并对该方案进行了详细阐述。

In the Internet environment,new media develops rapidly,and its application is increasingly extensive.New media gradually becomes the most widely used media form.Under the background of strongarmy construction,frequent occurrence of military-involved low-violation and regulation-violation content harms the security of the state and damages the interests of the state,and this makes the regulatory authorities face more and more challenges.For this reason,the relevant background information is introduced;the threat of military-involved illegal new media content and the challenges faced by the regulatory authorities analyzed,and the technical solution for the supervision of military-involved new media content proposed.And the scheme is described in detail in this paper.
