摘要
电信运营商的数字化转型需要由外及内地建立数字化产品与服务的生态圈,目前,搭建通用积分平台,引入异业积分,与其他合作伙伴跨界协同进行用户运营即为其中的创新探索之一。通用积分的运营探索将不仅有助于电信运营商实现增收,还将有力推动其构建产品和服务的生态圈,为其数字化转型作出贡献。本文拟系统分析(通用)积分行业的市场特征、发展路径、商业模式和标杆案例等,为我国电信行业更好地探索积分运营提供有益参考。
The digital transformation of telecom operators requires to establish an ecosystem of digital products and services from the outside to inside.At present,setting up a common platform for integration and introducing different business points is one of the innovations explored in collaborate with other partners for cross-border operations.The operational exploration of General Credits Business will not only help telecom operators increase their revenue,but also contribute to the construction of their products and service ecosystem.It will help them to promote the digital transformation.This article intends to analyze the market characteristics,development paths,business models and benchmark cases of the(general)integral industry systematically,and to provide some useful references for China’s telecom operators to do better in General Credits Business.
