摘要
针对各行业对大比例尺城市DEM数据的迫切需求,一种基于城市框架数据的大比例尺城市DEM建模方法被提出,该方法充分利用城市已有的数据资源,按照一定规则构建覆盖整个区域的不规则三角网TIN,有效地降低了DEM建模成本,提高了DEM数据精度和模型精细程度。并且,基于TIN建立了大比例尺城市DEM数据库,一种局部增量更新方法被提出,解决了城市DEM数据动态更新问题。该方法和成果应用于气象领域的智能化灾害预警发布系统案例中,达到了较佳效果。
Considering the increasing demand of the large scale DEM data,this paper put forward a method of large scale DEM generation based on city framework data.Making full use of the existing city data resources and following certain rules,the author constructed a triangulated irregular network(TIN)covering the whole region,which effectively reduced the generation cost of DEM and increased the DEM data precision.Moreover,a large scale DEM spatial database was built based on TIN and a local incremental updating method was proposed,which made the timely DEM data updating possible.The DEM spatial database was applied in the intelligent disaster warning distribution system of Shanghai Meteorological Bureau and demonstrated a good result.
