中国石化中高层人才行动学习培训模式构建

摘要 行动学习培训模式的核心理念是"行动+学习"和"质疑+反思",由支撑、流程、目标和培训生态圈等四部分组成。行动学习培训模式的基本流程包括确定行动学习主题、结构化知识导入、制定行动方案、执行行动方案、总结与评估。行动学习培训的每个环节要始终围绕"行动+学习""质疑+反思"的核心理念来组织实施。 The core concepts of the action-learning training model are“action+learning”and“challenging+reflection”.It consists of four parts:support,process,goal and a training ecosystem.The basic process of the action-learning training model includes defining the learning topics,importing structured knowledge,formulating an action plan,implementing the plan,and summarizing and assessment.Every aspect of the action-learning training should be organized and implemented throughout around the core concepts of“action+learning”and“challenging+reflection”.
