Thoughts on Strengthening and Improving the Party Spirit Education of Young and Middle-aged Cadres in State-Owned Enterprises

本文在分析国有企业中青年干部思想政治素质特点的基础上,结合国有企业中青年干部自身成长实际,从六个方面分析了国有企业中青年干部党性教育应关注的内容。并从科学性、系统性、时代性和实践性等方面提出了加强和改进国有企业中青年干部党性教育实效性应坚持的原则和方法。

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of young and middle-aged cadres'ideological and political qualifications in state-owned enterprises,combining the actual growth of young and middle-aged cadres in state-owned enterprises,the paper analyzes from six aspects the content that should be paid attention to in the party spirit education among young and middle-aged cadres in state-owned enterprises.The paper,from aspects such as being scientific,systemic,practical and in line with the New Era,also put forward the principles and methods that should be adhered to in strengthening and improving the effectiveness of party spirit education among young and middle-aged cadres in state-owned enterprises.
