摘要
统一战线是国有企业履行政治责任的必然要求,是企业改革发展稳定的"法宝",做好国有企业统战工作具有示范带动作用。在新时代,统战工作有了政治性更加鲜明、包容性要求进一步增强、重点更加突出等新变化,应对之道在于树立"大统战"工作理念、建立健全制度机制、突出人才培养。
The United Front is an inevitable requirement for state-owned enterprises to fulfill their political responsibilities,and a magic weapon for the reform and development of enterprises.The United Front Work of state-owned enterprises will set a good example for other entities.In the new era,there are new changes in the United Front work,such as a clearer political purpose,enhanced inclusiveness and further emphasis on prioritized work.The way to deal with it is to set up the work concept of“Great United Front”,to establish and improve the system mechanism,and to highlight the cultivation of related talents.
