摘要
学用转化的程度是衡量成人培训效果的重要标尺。企业师资类项目培训的学用转化可以从训前的激发学习动机、训中的坚持学练结合、训后的构建转化载体入手,全流程贯穿学用转化理念,从而致力于企业培训机构的专兼职教师专业能力的提升。
Learning-to-application transfer is an important measure of the effectiveness of adult training.For the learning-to-application transfer in the training of corporate trainers,one could take the following measures:stimulating training motivation before training,integrating practice with learning while training,and establishing carriers for learning to application transfer after training.The idea is to implement the concept of learning-to-application transfer throughout the training process,in an effort to enhance the professional competencies of full-time and part-time trainers in corporate training institutions.
