From the perspective of staff training organized by the enterprise human resources department,this paper expounds the application of the concepts,tools and processes of scope management,quality management and procurement management in the project management knowledge system in enterprise training,in order to provide reference for other enterprises to introduce advanced management model and improve training performance.
