摘要
本文结合科研院所的涉外合作需求,对签订涉外技术合同的合同特点和管理问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the contract characteristics and management problems of foreign technology contracts according to the foreign cooperation needs of scientific research institutes,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
