摘要
坚持以人民为中心,是新时代中国特色社会主义思想和基本方略的重要内容,在社会思潮、政治诉求、社会利益诉求众声喧哗的时代,国有企业各级领导干部要始终坚持以人民为中心,切实做好信访维稳工作。本文阐述了深刻理解以人民为中心的丰富内涵和现实意义,充分认清社会主要矛盾变化对国有企业信访维稳工作提出的新要求,提出要加快构建以人民为中心的国有企业信访维稳工作长效机制。
Adhering to the people as the center is the important content of the thought and Basic Strategy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.In an era of mixed social thought,political and social interests and appeals,leading cadres at all levels of State-owned enterprises should always take the people as the center and do a good job in maintaining the stability of petitions.This paper expounds the rich connotation and realistic meaning of taking people as the center and fully understands the new requirements to the petition stability maintenance work of state-owned enterprises put forward by the changes of the principle social contradictions.This paper also proposes to speed up the construction of people-centered long-term mechanism for the work of petition stability maintenancein State-owned Enterprises.
