老老年难治性高血压应用不同治疗方法的疗效及安全性对比 被引量：2

摘要 目的探索分析老老年难治性高血压应用不同治疗方法的临床治疗效果以及及安全性。方法观察组采取左旋氨氯地平+美托洛尔+厄贝沙坦+氢氯噻嗪进行治疗,对照组采取卡维地洛+吲达帕胺进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平+美托洛尔+厄贝沙坦+氢氯噻嗪的治疗方法,能够更加安全有效地治疗老老年难治性高血压病症,未出现不良反应。
