Wellens综合征是以心电图上胸前导联T波改变为特征的一种伴有冠状动脉左前降支近端狭窄的临床综合征。因其极易引起误诊,而临床预后较差,病情凶险,故现将本院收治的Wellens综合征2例的临床资料报道如下,并复习相关文献。

Wellens syndrome is a clinical syndrome characterized by electrocardiographic changes in the precordial lead T wave with proximal stenosis of the left anterior descending coronary artery.Because it is easy to cause misdiagnosis,and the clinical prognosis is poor,the condition is dangerous,so the clinical data of2cases of Wellens syndrome treated in our hospital are reported as follows,and the relevant literature are reviewed
