滋阴益水颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型糖尿病肾病患者的临床研究

A clinical study on treating diabetic nephropathy of the Ganshen Yinxu type with the Ziyin Yishui granules

目的:观察滋阴益水颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法;将临床明确诊断的180例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者90例,治疗组在基础治疗上加用滋阴益水颗粒,对照组在基础治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦,观察两组治疗前后胆固醇、甘油三酯,空腹血糖(FBG)、24h尿蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Ccr)等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血糖改善相近,治疗组胆固醇、甘油三脂、24h尿蛋白、尿β2-MG、Ccr的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴益水颗粒不仅能够改善血糖、血脂等指标,而且能够减低24h尿蛋白、尿β2-MG、Ccr,从而减少靶器官损伤,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

Objective:To observe the effect of the Ziyin Yishui granules on the GanshenYinxu type of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:180patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,90cases in each group.The treatment group took conventional treatment plus the Ziyin Yishui granules,and the control group received conventional treatment plus irbesarta.Results:The improvement of glucose in two groups was similar.24h urine protein,u-β2-MG,Ccr,cholesterol,triglycerides in the treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion:The Ziyin Yishui granules can not only improve glucose and blood lipid,but also reduce the24h-urinary,u-β2-MG,Ccr.Then the target organ damage was reduced,and the progress of diabetic nephropathy was delaied.
