活血止痛汤及中药熏洗联合锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折

Treating fracture of tibial plateau with the Huoxue Zhitong decoction and washing with TCM medicine plus minimally invasive locking plate

目的:探讨中药活血止痛汤及中药熏洗联合锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:将2012年9月-2014年6月在我科住院的40例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分组,对照组18例采用锁定钢板微创手术,治疗组22例在对照组基础上应用中药活血止痛汤内服及中药熏洗。比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、术后并发症及膝关节功能恢复情况等。结果:治疗组的骨折愈合时间少于对照组,但两组差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术后膝关节功能评分明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组术后8个月的相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用活血止痛汤内服及中药熏洗联合锁定钢板微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小、骨折愈合时间短、术后相关并发症少、术后膝关节功能恢复较好等优点,是一种理想的治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the Huoxue Zhitong decoction and washing with TCM medicine plus minimally invasive locking plate on fracture of tibial plateau.Methods:40cases were randomly divided into the control group(18cases)and treatment group(22cases).All groups were treated by minimally invasive locking plate;the treatment group was given the Huoxue Zhitong decoction and washing with TCM medicine more.Fracture healing time,postoperative complications and function recovery of knee were compared.Results:The fracture healing time in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The knee function score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after8months,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Zhitong decoction and washing with TCM medicine plus minimally invasive locking plate on fracture of tibial plateau shows the advantages of less trauma,shortened fracture healing time,less postoperative complications and better recovery of knee function recovery,is an ideal treatment method on fracture of tibial plateau.
