糖尿病急性痛性神经病变合并抑郁状态的影响

Efficacy on diabetic acute painful neuropathy with depression

目的:观察解郁汤治疗糖尿病急性痛性神经病变合并抑郁的临床疗效。方法:采用开放式随机对照法将110例患者分为两组,分别用解郁汤(治疗组55例)和黛力新(对照组55例)治疗4周,于治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自拟中医症候等级评分量表等评定药物疗效。同时观察药物不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组治疗后HAMD积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);在改善中医症候方面,两组缓解患者精神症状如情绪抑郁、心烦易怒、失眠多梦、胸胁苦满等疗效有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:解郁汤治疗糖尿病急性痛性神经病变合并抑郁的临床疗效确切,且未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Jieyu decoction on acute diabetic painful neuropathy with depression.Methods:110patients were divided into two groups by open randomized controlled trial.The treatment group was treated with the Jieyu decoction;and the control group was given Deanxit,for4weeks.Results:The difference of clinical efficacy in two groups was significant(P<0.01).The scores of HAMD in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The symptoms of mental illness,such as depression,upset irritability,insomnia between two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jieyu decoction is effective on diabetic acute painful neuropathy with depression,with no obvious adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
