益气活血通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction

目的:观察分析采用益气活血通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果。方法:选取2013年5月-2016年9月期间在我院门诊就诊的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为本次实验研究的对象,所有患者在常规西医治疗基础上采用益气活血通络汤治疗,采用常规手段测定所有患者运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、正中神经感觉传导速度(SNCV)治疗前后改善情况,分析本次所有患者治疗效果以及治疗前后MNCV、SNCV变化情况。结果:本次80例患者中,治疗显效44例(55.0%),治疗有效30例(37.5%),治疗无效6例(7.5%),共治疗有效74例,治疗总有效率高达92.5%。本组80例患者治疗后SNCV为(41.61±3.49)m/s,MNCV为(43.29±1.21)m/s,显著高于治疗前的(38.61±2.71)m/s、(41.09±0.91)m/s,治疗前后SNCV、MNCV的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气活血通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者可取得满意效果,不仅可有效改善患者的临床症状,同时也可有效提高神经传导速度,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe and analyze clinical effects of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:80cases in our hospital from May2013to September2016were selected as the experimental subjects.All patients were treated with the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction plus routine western medicine.Results:44cases(55.0%)were obviously effective;30cases(37.5%)were effective;6cases(7.5%)were invalid;and74cases were totally effective;the total efficiency was92.5%.SNCV was(41.61±3.49)m/s,MNCV was(43.29±1.21)m/s,significantly higher than(38.61±2.71)m/s,(41.09±0.91)m/s before treatment respectively;the difference of SNCV,MNCV before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction can achieve satisfactory results on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improve the clinical symptoms and the nerve conduction velocity,and is worthy of application.
