益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床价值体会

Clinical value of the Yiqi Yangyin decoction plus insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis

目的:探究益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床价值。方法:以2014年1月-2016年12月来我院就医的56例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为本次研究的观察对象,使用随机数字表法对56例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者进行分组。单一组28例患者应用胰岛素治疗,联合组28例患者应用益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗,研究对比两组糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的血糖恢复时间、血酮体/尿酮恢复时间、酸中毒纠正时间。结果:联合组患者的血糖恢复时间、血酮体/尿酮恢复时间、酸中毒纠正时间分别为(16.78±3.15)h、(42.15±5.61)h、(51.36±7.98)h,与单一组[(23.78±3.45)h、(49.30±7.61)h、(67.36±9.45)h]相比明显更少,P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采取益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗切实可行,效果更优。

Objective:To explore clinical value of the Yiqi Yangyin decoction plus insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods:56cases(from January2014to December2016)were selected as research objects according random digital table.28cases in the single group were treated with insulin.28patients in the combined group were treated with the Yiqi Yangyin decoction plus insulin.Results:The time of blood glucose recovery,blood ketone/urine ketone recovery and acidosis correction were(16.78±3.15)h,(42.15±5.61)h,(51.36±7.98)h respectively,shorter than(23.78±3.45)h,(49.30±7.61)h,(67.36±9.45)h respectively in the single group,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is practicable to take the Yiqi Yangyin decoction plus insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis,and the effect is better.
