柴胡桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎80例疗效观察

Observation on treating 80 patients with chronic gastritis of the Ganqi Fanwei type with the Chaihu Guizhi decoction plus acupoint application

目的:通过80例临床病例观察柴胡桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎的效果。方法:将80例肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组40例予以柴胡桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗,对照组40例予口服西药治疗。2周后比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效率、有效率均明显优于对照组。结论:柴胡桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎有较好疗效,无不良反应,易为患者所接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of the Chaihu Guizhi decoction plus acupoint application on chronic gastritis of the Ganqi Fanwei type.Methods:80cases were divided into the treatment group and control group,40cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Chaihu Guizhi decoction plus acupoint application;the control group was given western medicine.Results:The excellence rate and efficiency in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The Chaihu Guizhi decoction plus acupoint application on chronic gastritis of the Ganqi Fanwei type shows a good effect,without adverse reactions,and is easily accepted by patients and worthy of application
