从肝论治脑卒中后抑郁状态58例的临床分析

目的:探讨疏肝健脾解郁汤对于脑卒中后抑郁患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2015年2月-2017年1月在由医院神志病科收治入院并被诊断为脑卒中后抑郁的患者58例,按照随机数字的方法将所有的患者分为对照组和观察组,每个组都有29例患者,对照组给予盐酸氟西汀,观察组加用疏肝健脾解郁汤,对治疗的效果进行对比。结果:治疗前,对照组和观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.045,P>0.05),治疗后与治疗前的差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.818,8.000,P<0.05),而在治疗后的两组患者评分差异也具有统计学意义(t=2.136,P<0.05),观察组低于对照组。结论:疏肝健脾解郁汤与盐酸氟西汀联合治疗脑卒中后出现抑郁状态的患者可以明显改善临床症状,值得在临床进行推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction on post-stroke depression.Methods:58patients were divided into two groups according to the random digital method,29cases in each.The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride;the observation group was treated with the Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction more.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD between groups(t=0.045,P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD in groups was reduced,with statistically significant differences(t=5.818,8.000,P<0.05).The HAMD in the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=2.136,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction plus fluoxetine hydrochloride on poststroke depression can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,is worthy of promotion.
