中西医结合治疗阑尾炎的临床效果研究

An effect of the integrative medicine on appendicitis

目的:剖析中西医结合疗法在阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年12月本院接诊的阑尾炎病患86例,采用奇偶数字分组法,将86例病患随机均等分成试验组和对照组。其中试验组应用中西医结合疗法,对照组应用常规西医疗法。分析比较两组的临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗的总有效率为100.00%,对照组为86.05%。试验组明显比对照组高,P<0.05。试验组的复发率为2.33%,比对照组的16.28%更低,P<0.05。结论:采取中西医结合疗法对阑尾炎病患进行对症治疗,可促进其身体恢复,增强临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the value of the integrative medicine on appendicitis.Methods:86cases were divided into the experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given the integrative medicine;the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results:The efficiency in the experimental group was100.00%,and significantly higher than86.05%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was2.33%in the experimental group,and lower than16.28%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on appendicitis can promote the recovery of condition,and enhance clinical efficacy.
