中西医结合治疗小儿癫病240例临床分析与研究

Treating 240 children with epilepsy in the integrative medicine

目的:对中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫的临床疗效进行观察。方法:选择240例癫病患儿进行研究,依据住院时间随机划分为对照组和观察组,对照组口服德巴金,观察组在此基础上口服抗癫痫胶囊,对比两组治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%,观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组月平均发作次数为(0.9±0.8)次,对照组为(1.5±0.9)次,观察组月平均发作次数比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:在难治性癫痫患儿中应用中西医结合疗法能够收获显著疗效,并且不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the integrative medicine on intractable epilepsy.Methods:240children with epilepsy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with depakine;the observation group was treated with anti-epilepsy capsule more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was97.5%,and higher than80%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average number of attacks in the observation group was(0.9±0.8)times,and fewer than(1.5±0.9)times in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on intractable epilepsy can improve the curative effect and reduce the side effects.
