规范全髋关节置换术后护理路径提高功能康复的研究

A study on improving functional rehabilitation by nursing pathway after THA

目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术后护理路径。方法:将106例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例,责任护士对观察组患者按时间采用设计好的护理训练康复指导路径图,协助患者进行规范、系统的康复锻炼,对一般康复、特殊康复、出院指导三个阶段制定具体时间方法、目标流程,进行评价,并比较两组患者康复方法、功能锻炼技能的掌握,观察并发症的发生率、平均住院天数及活动后疼痛情况及满意度。结果:经过实施规范系统的护理路径,观察组患者康复方法、功能锻炼技能的掌握,并发症的发生率、平均住院天数及活动后疼痛情况、满意度明显优于对照组。结论:规范全髋关节置换术后护理路径能促使患者术后活动、下床行走提早,使术后髋关节恢复良好,无并发症发生,使患者早日康复,可减少住院天数,降低住院费用,从而提高患者满意度。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the nursing pathways after total hip arthroplasty.Methods:106patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,53cases in each group.The observation group took nursing pathways.Results:In the observation group,methods,the mastery of the functional exercise skills,complications,the postoperative pain and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Standard nursing pathway after total hip arthroplasty can promote postoperative activities and recovery of the hip joint,with no complication,reduced the number of hospital days and cost,with higher satisfaction.
