摘要
特高压瓷套是特高压输变电设备最为关键的外绝缘部件。基于国家电网公司组织研制高抗震特高压瓷套的契机,应用湿法成型工艺研制成功特高压交流1000 k V避雷器瓷套和电容式电压互感器瓷套,使国产特高压输变电设备成功地在地震加速度峰值无减震装置下达到0.3 g、有减震装置下达到0.5 g的要求,全部满足抗8度地震的目标。本文介绍了特高压瓷套的研制背景、生产研制的主要内容、关键技术和性能试验。
Ultra-high voltage porcelain insulator is the most critical external insulation component of the ultra-high voltage equipment for power transmission and transformation.As a part of the research on high seismic UHV porcelain insulator organized by the State Grid Corporation of China,wet processed porcelain insulator was successfully developed for high seismic and ultra-high voltage AC 1000 kV surge arrester and CVT,enabling domestic UHV power transmission and transformation equipment to reach the seismic acceleration peak values of 0.3 g without a damping device and 0.5 g with a damping device,both meeting the requirement to resist a magnitude 8 earthquake.This paper introduces the background,main procedure,key technology and performance test relevant to the development of ultra-high voltage porcelain insulator.
