采用重组溶菌酶-抗菌肽融合蛋白治疗糖尿病手部感染一例报道

Recombinant Fusion Protein of Lysozyme-antibacterial Peptide for Diabetic Hand:Clinical Experience in One Case

糖尿病手部感染可导致坏疽、截肢,甚至死亡,截肢率远高于糖尿病足。本文报道1例牙签伤致2型糖尿病手部感染患者,手掌见长约8 cm不规则创口,手背见长约3、6、3 cm的3个纵行创口,符合截肢指征。在传统治疗的基础上,创面均匀喷洒重组溶菌酶-抗菌肽融合蛋白喷剂,1次/d。治疗后,患者创面愈合,避免了截肢。重组溶菌酶-抗菌肽融合蛋白应用于糖尿病手部感染是一种安全有效的治疗手段,可使部分患者免除截肢。

Diabetic hand infection,whose amputation rate is much higher than that of diabetic foot,might lead to gangrene,amputation,or even death.We reported 1 case of such a disease caused by toothpick injuries.There was 1 irregular wound measured about 8 cm in length on his right palm,and 3 longitudinal ones on the back of the same hand which were about 3,6,3 cm long,respectively.In view of this,he had a high risk of amputation.However,the patient was cured without amputation after receiving about 2 months'conventional treatment plus recombinant fusion protein of lysozyme-antibacterial peptide(sprinkling evenly on the wound once a day).Recombinant fusion protein of lysozyme-antibacterial peptide is safe and effective for diabetic hand infections,by which some patients can be cured without amputation.
