基于欧洲五维健康评价量表对居民健康相关生命质量的研究

Study on Residents' Health-related Quality of Life Based on the EQ-5D

目的运用欧洲五维健康评价量表(EQ-5D)对珠海市居民健康相关生命质量进行研究,分析健康相关生命质量的影响因素,以期为相关部门制定卫生政策和干预措施提供参考。方法 2015年3—5月,采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在珠海市3个行政区(香洲、斗门、金湾)抽取≥15岁的常住居民3 380例为调查对象。采用自制《珠海市社区诊断调查表》对其进行调查,调查内容包括一般情况、生活行为及EQ-5D得分。EQ-5D总分的影响因素分析采用多元线性回归分析。结果共调查1 528户家庭,发放3 380份调查表,回收有效调查表3 175份,有效回收率为93.9%。EQ-5D总分为(9.8±0.8)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、人均月收入、锻炼情况为EQ-5D总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论珠海市居民健康相关生命质量相对较好,应加强对高龄、低文化程度、低人均月收入、不参加锻炼人群的健康指导,以进一步提高居民健康相关生命质量。

Objective To investigate residents'health-related quality of life in Zhuhai based on the EQ-5D and analyze the influencing factors of health-related quality of life in order to provide a reference for relevant departments to formulate health policies and interventional measurements.Methods Using the multi-stage random sampling method,a total of 3 380 residents who were more than 15 years old were selected from Xiangzhou district,Doumen district and Jinwan district in Zhuhai from March to May in 2015 and a self-designed questionnaire was used.The main contents of the questionnaire were residents'basic information,lifestyles,and EQ-5D scores.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the total score of EQ-5D.Results A total of 1 528 households were investigated and 3 380 questionnaires were given out.In addition,3 175 questionnaires were collected with a response rate of 93.9%.The total score of EQ-5D of residents in Zhuhai was(9.8±0.8).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age,educational level,per capita monthly income,and physical activities were influencing factors of total score of EQ-5D(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents in Zhuhai have a relatively good health-related quality of life.Corresponding health guidance and measurements should be taken to improve the health-related quality of life among the elderly and individuals with low educational level,low income and less physical activities.
