华法林致急性肾损伤一例报道及文献复习

Acute Kidney Injury Caused by Warfarin Treatment: a Case Report and Literature Review

急性肾损伤(AKI)根据病变部位可分为肾前性AKI、肾性AKI和肾后性AKI。本文报道1例患者口服过量华法林导致AKI的诊治过程,以此病例为契机,引伸出华法林相关性肾病(WRN),通过文献复习进行总结,以期提高临床医生对WRN的认识和鉴别能力,拓宽思路,避免漏诊及误诊。

The causes of acute kidney injury(AKI)can be divided into prerenal,intrinsic and postrenal according to the pathological regions.We reported the diagnosis and treatment of one case of AKI associated with overdose of the oral anticoagulant warfarin.Furthermore,we discussed warfarin-related nephropathy(WRN)based on the review of relevant articles,with a view to improving clinicians'understanding and identification capability of WRN caused by warfarin treatment and broadening their relevant knowledge,by which the possibilities of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of this disease could be reduced considerably.
