摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件,分析导师张志明教授治疗银屑病的用药经验。方法:收集导师治疗银屑病的门诊病案,录入"中医传承辅助系统"软件,采用该软件集成的规则分析等数据挖掘方法,对导师张志明教授治疗银屑病的用药规律进行分析。结果:对筛选出的95个处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,演化得到新处方8个。结论:张志明教授治疗银屑病特点突出,中医传承辅助平台分析结果与张志明教授临床用药心得相吻合,中医传承辅助系统可用于名老中医临床经验分析与总结。
Objective:To analyze the experience for treating psoriasis from Professor Zhang Zhiming based on TCM inheritance system.Methods:The regularities of treating psoriasis from Professor Zhang Zhiming were collected and analyzed by TCM inheritance system.Results:95prescriptions were analyzed;the frequency and regulations of medicine were identified;then8new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The characteristic of treating psoriasis from Professor Zhang Zhiming is prominent.The analysis by TCM inheritance system is consistent with the experience of Professor Zhang Zhiming;so the analysis and experience can be used by TCM inheritance system.
