电针治疗功能性消化不良44例疗效观察

Observation on treating 44 cases of functional dyspepsia by electroacupuncture

目的:探究电针治疗法治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床价值。方法:选择我院康复理疗科于2014年8月-2016年8月收治的功能性消化不良患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组有患者44例。对照组口服奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,治疗组给予电针治疗(针对三里穴和内关穴),疗程为4周,对两组的临床总有效率进行对比。结果:观察组饱胀不适、上腹疼痛、早饱、上腹烧灼感等症状改善总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法能够有效减轻功能性消化不良临床症状,疗效明确,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the value of electroacupuncture on FD.Methods:88patients were randomly divided intothe treatment group and control group,44patients in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole and mosapride;thetreatment group was given electroacupuncture(the Sanli and Neiguan points),for4weeks.Results:On the improvement of full discomfort,abdominal pain,early satiety,abdominal burning sensation and other symptoms,the total effeiciency in the observation group was higherthan the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture on functional dyspepsia shows aclear effect,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and application.
