十字灸联合中药敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水的临床研究

Treating cirrhosis ascites by the Shizi moxibustion plus umbilical compress with TCM medicine

目的:探讨十字灸联合中药敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:将104例明确诊断为肝硬化腹水的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组给予西药对症治疗及常规护理,治疗组在对症治疗的基础上进行辨证施护,运用十字灸联合中药敷脐,两组疗程均为30d,评价比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组52例中显效31例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率为94.2%。对照组52例中显效16例,有效19例,无效17例,总有效率为67.3%。两组比较,治疗组在总有效率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:十字灸联合中药敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水具有良好的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of the Shizi moxibustion plus umbilical compress with TCM medicine on cirrhosis ascites.Methods:104patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,52cases in each.The control group was given western medicine plus conventional nursing;the treatment group was given the Shizi moxibustion plus umbilical compress with TCM medicine more.The courses in groups were30days.Results:The total efficiency was94.2%in the treatment group,and was better than67.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shizi moxibustion plus umbilical compress with TCM medicine on cirrhosis ascites shows a good effect,is worthy of popularization and application.
