摘要
王晓光教授师从国医名师张琪教授,从事临床工作30余年,擅长以中医药治疗各类肾病以及疑难杂病,冬令时节利用膏方治疗老年慢性肾脏病疗效甚佳。王师认为老年肾脏疾病病机多为本虚标实,正虚为本,浊毒为标,后期多为虚实夹杂之证,在处制膏方上,应以培补脾肾,辨证论治;平衡阴阳,兼顾气血;通补结合,温凉适度;治疗主症,兼顾次症;因人、因时、因地制宜为治疗原则。
Professor Wang Xiaoguang is studied from Professor Zhangqi,and engaged in clinical work for more than30years,good at treating kidney disease and difficult diseases in TCM.Treating senile chronic kidney disease with Ointment in winter season shows better effect.In view of Prof.Wang,the pathogenesis of senile kidney disease are Zhengxu(Ben)and Zhuodu(Biao);so treating senile kidney disease should Peibu Pishen,Pingheng Yinyang and Qixue,pay attention to Tongbu and temperature,symptoms,and all elements.
