热奄包配合红外线照射对混合痔术后尿潴留的影响

Effects of the Chinese hot suddenly package with infrared radiation on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation

目的:探讨热奄包配合红外线照射对混合痔术后尿潴留的影响。方法:对我科2015年8月-2016年3月收治的280例混合痔行外剥内扎术,术后给予热奄包配合红外线照射预防术后尿潴留的观察研究,进行统计分析,其中治疗组140例采用热奄包配合红外线照射,对照组140例采用常规方法,必要时配合药物甚至导尿术。分别记录术后小便排出情况、是否有小腹坠胀不适及便频现象,采用SPSS21.0统计学软件处理,计数资料采用χ2检验,计量资料采用t检验。结果:混合痔术后采用热奄包配合红外线照射治疗,尿潴留发生率明显小于对照组。结论:采用热奄包配合红外线照射预防混合痔术后尿潴留发生的效果显著、操作简单、安全可靠、经济,值得临床实施和推广。

Objective:To investigate effects of the Chinese hot suddenly package with infrared irradiation on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:280cases of mixed hemorrhoid hemorrhoidectomy from August2015to March2016were analyzed retrospectively.The treatment group of140cases was given the Chinese hot suddenly package with infrared irradiation.The control group of140cases was treated with conventional method,with drug or even catheterization if necessary.Results:The incidence of urinary retention in patients who treated by the mixed hemorrhoid operation and received the Chinese hot suddenly package with infrared irradiation was significantly less than the control group.Conclusion:The Chinese hot suddenly package with infrared radiation on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids postoperative was effective,simple,safe,reliable,economical,and is worthy of clinical implementation and promotion.
