通脉降脂饮对痰瘀互阻型高脂血症外周血ET表达的影响

The effects of Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin on peripheral blood expression of ET in hyperlipidemia patients with the Tanyu Huzu type

目的:观察通脉降脂饮治疗痰瘀互阻型高脂血症患者的临床疗效,探讨通脉降脂饮对该类患者外周血血浆内皮素(Endothelin,ET)表达的影响。方法:将81例符合纳入/排除标准的痰瘀互阻型高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组41例口服辛伐他汀分散片加通脉降脂饮,对照组40例口服辛伐他汀分散片,疗程为8周,检测治疗前后血清总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三脂(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density Lipoproteins Cholesterol,LDL-C)、ET水平及观察中医证候变化情况。结果:治疗后两组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ET比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血脂疗效比较,P=0.0283<0.05,差异有统计学意义;血脂总有效率比较,P=0.7043>0.05,差异无统计学意义;但治疗组的总有效率(90.24%)明显高于对照组的85.00%;治疗前两组中医征候积分比较,P=0.3490>0.05,差异无统计学意义,两组中医证候疗效比较,P=0.0347<0.05,差异有统计学意义;中医征候总有效率比较,P=0.1460>0.05,差异无统计学意义;但治疗组总有效率(95.12%)明显高于对照组的82.50%。结论:通脉降脂饮对痰瘀互阻型高脂血症患者血脂各项指标及ET有一定的改善作用,对临床症状有良好的改善作用,临床疗效可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin on hyperlipidemia of the Tanyu Huzu type,the expression of plasma endothelin in peripheral blood of these patients who treated with the Tongmai Jiangzhi decoction were explored.Methods:81cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group took simvastatin dispersible tablets plus Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin;the control group took simvastatin dispersible tablets.Results:The TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and ET did not show statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05);the improvement degree of lipid showed a statistical difference(P=0.02827<0.05);and the total efficiency of lipid did not show statistical difference between the groups(P=0.7043>0.05).The score of TCM symptoms did not show a statistical difference(P=0.3490>0.05)before treatment,and the improvement degree of it showed statistical difference between two groups(P=0.0347<0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin showed certain effects on blood lipid indicators and ET of the hyperlipidemia patients,and could improve the clinical symptoms,with reliable efficacy.
