中医针灸推拿配合牵引治疗在老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus massage and traction on elderly lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨中医针灸推拿配合牵引治疗老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的70例老年人腰椎间盘突出症患者作为本次研究对象,以电脑随机方式进行分组,每组患者35例,其中常规组仅接受牵引治疗,研究组患者在牵引治疗后,接受中医针灸推拿。结果:研究组临床治疗总疗效明显高于常规组,组间疗效经临床检验,发现差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸推拿配合牵引治疗老年人腰椎间盘突出症疗效突出,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture plus moxibustion and traction on lumbar disc herniation in the elderly.Methods:70cases in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided,35cases in each.The conventional group received traction alone.The study group was treated by traction plus acupuncture and massage.Results:The clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group.The difference of clinical efficacy between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus massage and traction on elderly lumbar disc herniation showed outstanding effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
