乳腺实性结节良恶性诊断中彩超检查的应用分析

A clinical analysis of diagnosing benign and malignant breast solid nodules by color inspection

目的:探讨彩超诊断乳腺实性良恶性结节的临床价值。方法:选择61例乳腺实性结节患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床诊断资料。结果:本组的61例患者共有75个结节,其中28个为良性,47个为恶性,超声诊断乳腺实性结节的特异度、敏感度以及准确度分别为85.0%、86.50%、85.33%;并且良恶性结节的PI、RI以及PSV的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩超检查有助于判断乳腺实性结节的性质。

Objective:To study clinical value of color inspection on diagnosing benign and malignant breast solid nodules.Methods:61cases were selected as the research objects;the clinical diagnostic information was retrospectively analyzed.Results:In75nodules,28nodules were benign,47nodules were malignant.Specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis for solid nodules were85.00%,86.50%and85.33%respectively.And the difference of PI,RI,and PSV of benign and malignant nodules was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color examination is helpful to judge the character of breast solid nodules.
