补肾活血法治疗复发性自然流产疗效观察及护理

Effective observation and nursing of recurrent spontaneous abortion by the Bushen Huoxue therapy

目的:探讨补肾活血法治疗复发性自然流产的疗效及护理。方法:选取78例我院于2016年3月-2017年2月所收治的因缺乏封闭抗体所引起的复发性自然流产患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行配偶淋巴细胞皮下注射主动免疫治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加施补肾活血法治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的抗CD抗原封闭效率变化情况。结果:两组治疗前抗CD抗原封闭效率比较均无明显差异,观察组治疗后明显优于治疗前及对照组治疗后,组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血法治疗复发性自然流产有利调节患者免疫、提高其封闭抗体水平,改善患者肾虚血瘀症状,辅以相应护理,可取得良好疗效。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing of recurrent spontaneous abortion by the Bushen Huoxue therapy(补肾活血法).Methods:A total of78patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion due to lack of closed antibodies treated in our hospital from March2016to February2017were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received subcutaneous injection of spleen lymphocytes active immuno-therapy,and the observation group received the Bushen Huoxue therapy more.Results:There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue therapy on recurrent spontaneous abortion was conducive to regulate the immune of patients to improve the level of its closed antibodies and relieve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,supplemented by the corresponding nursing,with good effects.
