彩色多普勒超声诊断早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Effective observation on diagnozing early diabetic nephropathy by color Doppler ultrasound

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察。方法:将2016年8月-2017年8月在我院治疗的100例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,将同期100例健康体检者作为对照组,均行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组的肾脏形态、肾血流各指标。结果:观察组肾脏长径、厚径、宽径与对照组相比明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾主肾动脉、肾窦部段动脉、肾锥体叶间动脉的收缩期最大流速、舒张期最低流速与对照组相比明显降低,而阻力指数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声能够反映肾脏形态和肾血流参数变化,对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断具有较高灵敏度,是一种有效的诊断方式。

Objective:To explore the effect of color Doppler ultrasound on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:100patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from August2016to August2017were selected as the observation group.100healthy persons in the same period were taken as the control group,and all of them were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography.The renal morphology and renal blood flow indexes in the two groups were compared.Results:The kidney length,thickness,width diameter in the observation group were increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main renal artery,renal sinus artery,peak systolic velocity of renal interlobar arterial cone,minimum diastolic velocity in the observation group were decreased more significantly,while the resistance index were improved obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound could reflect the change of renal morphology and renal blood flow parameters,and had a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.It was an effective way of diagnosis.
