中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的应用研究

A study of the integrative medicine on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月-2017年3月98例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿根据数字表法分对照组和中西医结合组。对照组采用西药阿奇霉素进行治疗,静脉滴注,剂量10mg·kg-1·d-1,每天1次,治疗7d。中西医结合组在对照组基础上联合中药辨证治疗。根据气阴两虚、肺阴虚、风热犯肺证、痰热闭肺证不同证型进行辨证治疗,1剂/d,分3次服用,治疗7d。比较两组病情改善率;体温恢复时间、X线胸片吸收时间、咳嗽消失时间;干预前后患儿机体炎症因子和肺功能检查结果。结果:中西医结合组病情改善率高于对照组,P<0.05;中西医结合组体温恢复时间、X线胸片吸收时间、咳嗽消失时间(3.04±1.41)d、(5.07±2.61)d、(4.15±1.21)d短于对照组(4.41±2.77)d、(7.15±3.57)d、(6.13±2.59)d,P<0.05。干预前两组机体炎症因子和肺功能检查结果相近,P>0.05;干预后中西医结合组机体炎症因子和肺功能检查结果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的应用效果确切,可加速症状消退,缩短病程,缩短各项症状消失时间,降低炎症因子水平,促进肺检查结果改善,对患儿预后有良好的改善作用,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of the integrative medicine on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:98children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital from January2016to March2017were divided into the control group and the integrative medicine group according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin,intravenously,10mg/kg daily,once daily,for7days.The integrative medicine group received the integrative medicine differentiated treatment was given according to Qi and Yin deficiency,lung Yin deficiency,wind and heat lungs card,phlegm and lung closure card syndrome differentiation of different syndromes,three times daily,for7days.The improvement rate,body temperature recovery time,X-ray absorption time,cough disappear time,inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary function test results of children before and after intervention in two groups were compared.Results:The improvement rate of the integrative medicine group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,absorption time of X-ray,cough disappearance time in the integrative group was(3.04±1.41)days,(5.07±2.61)days and(4.15±1.21)days respectively,which were shorter than(4.41±2.77)days,(7.15±3.57)days,(6.13±2.59)days in the control group respectively,P<0.05.The results of inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary function tests in two groups were similar before intervention(P>0.05).The results of inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary function tests in the integrative group were superior to those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children had an exact effect,could accelerate the subside of the symptoms,shorten the duration and the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines,and promote the improvement of lung examination,is good for prognosing of children and worthy of promotion.
