芪双抗感汤联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效分析

Curative effects of the Qishuang Kanggan decoction plus western medicine on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

目的:研究在小儿反复呼吸道感染中应用西药与芪双抗感汤联合治疗的效果。方法:选取奇偶法将自2016年4月-2017年4月我院收治的66例反复呼吸道感染患儿平均分成两组,每组33例,参照组行西药治疗,试验组行西药与芪双抗感汤联合治疗,观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果:试验组患儿血清免疫球蛋白水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、总有效率与参照组比较P<0.05,统计学有意义。结论:将西药与芪双抗感汤联合治疗应用在小儿反复呼吸道感染中效果较为显著,具有广泛借鉴价值。

Objective:To study the effect of the Qishuang Kanggan decoction(芪双抗感汤)plus western medicine on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of66children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who admitted to and treated in our hospital from April2016to April2017were selected and divided into two groups(n=33)according to the odd and even number.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the experimental group received the Qishuang Kanggan decoction plus western medicine treatment;the therapeutic effects in two groups of children was observed.Results:The levels of serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was of statistical significance.Conclusion:The Qishuang Kanggan decoction plus western medicine was more effective on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,was wide reference value.
