手法复位联合鲑降钙素治疗压缩性胸腰椎骨折

Treating compressed thoracolumbar fractures by manual reduction and salmon calcitonin

目的:探讨将手法复位联合鲑降钙素应用于压缩性胸腰椎骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取我院骨科收治确诊为胸腰椎骨折患者72例,并将其分为各有36例的观察组与对照组,对照组单纯采用手法复位的方法进行治疗,在此基础上给予观察组鲑降钙素联合治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后的Cobb角显著较治疗前低,且观察组治疗后Cobb角较同时期的对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后的椎体前缘平均高度明显高于治疗前,且治疗后观察组高度显著高于同时期的对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、2、3周后患者的VAS疼痛指数评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,两组数据差异存在统计学意义。结论:手法复位联合鲑降钙素治疗胸腰椎骨折临床效果显著,可有效减轻患者的早期疼痛,增加骨折复位的效果,有效治疗骨质疏松症,有利于促进患者骨骼的愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of manual reduction and salmon calcitonin on compressed thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:A total of72patients with compressed thoracolumbar fractures treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received only manual reduction while the observation group received manual reduction and salmon calcitonin.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle in two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the Cobb angle in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average height of anterior edge of vertebral body in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the treatment,and the average height of anterior edge of vertebral body in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS pain index scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after1,2,3weeks of treatment(P<0.05);the difference between two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Manual reduction and salmon calcitonin on compressed thoracolumbar fractures shows significant effects,could effectively reduce the early pain of patients,improve the effect of fracture reduction,with effectively effect on osteoporosis,promote bone healing of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
