摘要
目的:探讨指端缺损的治疗方法。方法:2013年-2016年,对87例指端缺损采用矩形推进皮瓣进行修复,对治疗效果进行评价。结果:随访时间最长者24个月,最短者6个月,平均18个月,87例病例均未发生感染、骨外露、瘢痕挛缩,皮肤的耐磨性和耐寒性良好。结论:矩形推进皮瓣治疗指端缺损成功率高,疗效确切,远期功能恢复好。
Objective:To explore the treatment of finger defect.Methods:From2013to2016,87cases of finger tips defect were treated by rectangle advance skin flap to repair.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:24months is the longest follow-up time.6months is the shortest follow-up time.The average follow-up time was18months.None of the87cases had infection,bone exposure,scar contracture.The skin has good wear resistance and cold resistance.Conclusion:Rectangle advance skin flap showed high success rate,with definite curative effects and good forward function recovery.
